Parking Permits 2017-2018 School Year

Welcome to all our new students and employees. Welcome back to those returning for the new school year.

Please remember that all vehicles must be registered with the Department of Public Safety no later than August 31, 2017. Visit “myUSJ” to download a parking permit application for.

Instructions for obtaining a parking permit are;

Payment Options;

  1. Check or money order for the permit amount (No cash)
  2. Online Payment by credit card or e-check. To pay online: Go to www.usj.edu/payonline and click “University of Saint Joseph Online payment System”. Select “Parking Permit Payment” option. Please attach your receipt with the permit application.
  3. Students can check; Bill My Student Account on the application,
  4. Faculty and Staff can check; Payroll Deduction on the application.

To obtain your parking decal, return the completed form along with your check or credit card receipt (or check the box for Payroll Deduction or Bill My Student Account) to the Public Safety Office, located on the 1st floor McGovern Hall. Public Safety Officers are on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. School of Pharmacy Students, Faculty and Staff can obtain their parking passes from the Public Safety Officer on duty in the lobby.

If you are going to be using different vehicles during the course of the school year, you are permitted to place the permit sticker on a clear piece of plastic (or similar item) which you can then place on the passenger side dashboard of the vehicle. You must however, register all of the vehicles you are using with the Department of Public Safety. Please be advised if the permit sticker is not visible you will be subject to receiving a parking ticket.

If you will only be using a separate vehicle for a short period of time you may obtain a temporary parking pass (see photo below) which are available at the Public Safety office.

If you are hosting an event on campus and need temporary parking passes for attendees you can obtain those by sending Public Safety an email request at least 2 weeks in advance.
